It’s a versatile bread that works well alongside soups, sandwiches, or charcuterie boards. Made fresh in Ellijay, Georgia, using small-batch methods inspired by traditional European baking. Available for local delivery throughout Ellijay, Jasper, Blue Ridge, and surrounding North Georgia communities. Best enjoyed the day it’s baked, but also excellent warmed in the oven the next day.
