Based in Ellijay, we are a European-style artisan bakery specializing in naturally leavened sourdough bread, croissants, and handcrafted pastries. Every loaf is mixed, fermented, shaped, and baked in small batches using traditional methods that prioritize flavor, texture, and care.

Inspired by old-world baking traditions, our breads are known for their darker crusts, open crumb, and deep flavor developed through slow fermentation. Alongside our sourdough loaves, we bake buttery croissants, seasonal pastries, danishes, scones, and other European-style favorites fresh each week.

Through our home delivery service, we bring fresh artisan baking directly to communities throughout Ellijay, Jasper and Blue Ridge — helping create small moments of connection through simple, thoughtfully made food.
