The exterior stays crisp and flaky while the center remains soft and rich without becoming overly sweet. Finished with a light dusting of powdered sugar, these croissants are made in small batches daily at our bakery in Ellijay, Georgia. Available for local delivery throughout North Georgia, including Jasper and Blue Ridge. A good balance of texture, butter, and almond flavor makes this one of our most popular pastries.
